Tom Schreiber is a creative who’s moved through worlds—commercial, cultural, and personal—working as an art director, painter, graphic designer, and storyteller. He’s worked with many leading in-house and agency creative teams from ELLE Magazine, Publicis, Digitas to Robert Half.  He’s collaborated with icons like the Pillsbury Doughboy, the Honey Nut Cheerios Bee, Bob Rauschenberg, Milton Glaser, and Louise Bourgeois, and earlier led the visual rebrand of Ruder Finn, a global PR firm born from the friendship of two artists. As a portrait painter, he’s captured both individuals and entire organizations, revealing the spirit behind the surface. Tom has turned conversations into paintings, raised millions with auctioneers for causes that matter, and always works to make the radical idea that everyone is creative feel real and within reach.
His work lives at the intersection of creativity, communication, and technology—a lifelong STEAM practice driven by the belief that when we bring our full selves into what we make, we create things that matter. Right now, he’s cross-pollinating ideas and helping them take off in Silicon Valley and remains wide open to what's next.

Left to Right: Robert Half Workplace 2025, Link21 Engagement and Outreach, Link21 Phase 0 Report to the Public

With over a decade of experience in design, creative strategy, and brand storytelling, I specialize in transforming complex technical concepts into visually compelling narratives that drive engagement and brand awareness. My work with in-house teams and agencies—including Robert Half, Publicis, and Digitas—has refined my ability to create high-impact digital experiences for global brands such as Heineken, Delta, Novartis, and Syfy. I look forward to continuing to tell the story of how people are using creativity and technology to unlock possibility, enhance engagement, and transform experiences.

As the lead designer for the Link21 program, I played a key role in a comprehensive brand refresh and the development of diverse collateral to support this ambitious transportation initiative.
